Our charge for forming a company is £75.

 

This is the total charge for all the work required to register your new company with Companies House, to include all the requirements under the Companies Act 2006 . We also keep the Company Register (a requirement under the 2006 Act) written up and updated completely free of charge.

 

Completion and submission of the Annual Return for the company and filing with the Registrar of Companies is also handled by GMAMS at a cost of £10, together with a standard filing fee of £13 payable to Companies House.
